3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content created and published by WaypointsAI LLC, including newsletter text, analysis, graphics, design, and compilation ("Content"), is the exclusive property of WaypointsAI LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By subscribing, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and read the Newsletter Content for your personal use only.

4. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

The Newsletter is provided "AS-IS" without any warranties, express or implied. WaypointsAI LLC makes no guarantee regarding:

• Fitness of Content for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free Service
• Future availability of the Newsletter or any features

You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on Newsletter Content. WaypointsAI LLC is NOT liable for business decisions, investments, financial losses, or decisions regarding third-party tools based on our analysis.

5.1 Pricing & Billing

• Free Tier: No charge
• Premium Tier: $6/month or $60/year

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis based on your plan. You will be charged on the renewal date.

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Please see our Cancellation Policy page for full details.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

WaypointsAI LLC collects and stores: email address, subscription tier, email engagement data, and technical data. We use this data to deliver the Newsletter, analyze engagement, and improve content.

WaypointsAI LLC does NOT sell, trade, or rent your email address or personal data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and WaypointsAI LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
