1. Acceptance

By using WaypointsAI (the site, newsletter, or Pro membership), you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

2. What You Get

Free: Weekly newsletter delivered to your email.

Pro: Everything in Free, plus deep dive guides, tool reviews, prompt libraries, and other premium content.

3. Accounts

You need an account to access Pro content. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person -- no sharing.

4. Payments

Pro membership is billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose
All payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store card details
Prices may change. We'll give you 30 days notice before any price increase
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us

5. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment. After that, no refunds for partial periods. You'll retain access until your current billing period ends.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

7. Content

Our content (newsletters, guides, prompts, reviews) is for your personal use. You can't copy, redistribute, resell, or republish it without written permission. Sharing screenshots or short excerpts with attribution is fine.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on WaypointsAI is owned by WaypointsAI. Our trademarks and branding can't be used without permission.

9. Disclaimer

Our content is informational, not financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no guarantees about outcomes from applying anything you read here. Use your judgment.

10. Limitation of Liability

WaypointsAI is provided as-is. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

11. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms (sharing accounts, redistributing content, abuse). You can terminate by canceling and deleting your account.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify subscribers via email for material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where WaypointsAI is incorporated.
