3. Third-Party Services

We use these third-party services:

  • Supabase -- stores authentication data and subscription status. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe -- handles payments and subscription management. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend -- handles email delivery. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
  • Plausible Analytics -- privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. No personal data collected. See Plausible's approach.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel -- used solely to measure ad performance and optimize our advertising on Meta platforms. Meta may collect device info, page views, and conversion events (e.g., subscriptions, purchases) to show ads to people likely to be interested. We do not sell or share your personal data with Meta beyond what is necessary for ad delivery and measurement. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies:

  • Authentication -- keeps you logged in (expires after 30 days)
  • Advertising -- Meta Pixel uses a cookie to measure ad performance and conversions

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • HMAC-signed API webhooks
  • Rate limiting on all authentication endpoints
  • No storage of payment data (handled by Stripe)
  • JWT tokens with configurable expiry

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Request deletion of your account data by emailing hello@waypointsai.com
  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any newsletter
  • Cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings

7. Data Retention

We retain your email and subscription status only as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed within 30 days.

WaypointsAI LLC provides content for informational and educational purposes only. WaypointsAI LLC is not responsible for any negative impacts, financial losses, or damages arising from decisions you make based on content provided through the Service. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and any actions taken based on its content.
