How to Cancel
- Self-serve: Email hello@waypointsai.com with "Cancel" in the subject line
- Stripe portal: Use the billing portal link from your account settings
- Direct: Reply to any email from us asking to cancel
What Happens After Cancellation
- You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges after cancellation
- Your free newsletter subscription continues unless you unsubscribe separately
Refund Policy
Full refund available within 7 days of your first Pro payment. After that, no refunds for partial billing periods. You retain access through the end of your paid period.
Reactivating
Changed your mind? Just resubscribe. Your account and preferences are preserved.
